WE KICK OFF IN THE MEDIENHAFEN AT CAFE GREGER WITH A COLLECTIVE WARM-UP. FROM THERE, WE’LL HEAD OUT FOR A RELAXED 6.5 KM LOOP, FINISHING RIGHT BACK WHERE WE STARTED.
WHETHER YOU'RE A SEASONED RUNNER OR JUST STARTING OUT, WE RUN TOGETHER AT AN EASY, SOCIAL PACE.
AFTERWARDS, WE’LL HANG OUT AT THE CAFE TO GRAB A COFFEE, RECHARGE, AND CONNECT. NO PRESSURE, JUST GOOD VIBES.

DÜSSELDORF - JOSEF P PILATES EVENT
We took over the Josef P studio in Düsseldorf for an evening dedicated to movement and real-life interaction.
A curated group of our community came together to trade the screen for the reformer, proving that the best connections happen in motion.
The energy didn't stop at the studio doors. we fueled the recovery with our signature ALBA Shake, gifted to all participants throughout the weekend.
