ALBA is a space for real encounters.A place where trust is allowed to grow.
For closeness to feel good and safe, it requires shared values in how we treat one another.
These guidelines apply to all areas of ALBA – within the app and beyond. Anyone who fails to respect them may face consequences ranging from a warning to permanent removal from the platform.
Please read these principles carefully, as they are a prerequisite for being part of our community.
TREAT OTHERS WITH RESPECT
Every person on ALBA brings their own story.
Meet them with respect, openness, and appreciation.
There is no space for hate on ALBA. We do not tolerate discrimination or degradation based on ethnicity, nationality, origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, body type, or health condition. Every person deserves to be treated with dignity.
Bullying, intimidation, threats, stalking, or any form of harassment contradict the essence of ALBA. This also includes repeated unwanted contact, derogatory comments about someone’s appearance, or emotional manipulation.
BE HONEST
Real connection begins where people show up as they truly are.Your profile should represent you authentically. Only use photos of yourself and ensure that at least one image clearly shows your face. Heavily altered images that significantly change your appearance are not permitted.
At ALBA, the rule is: one person, one profile. Multiple accounts for the same individual are not allowed. Creating a profile for someone else or pretending to be another person violates our principles, even if intended as a joke.
We reserve the right to request verification at any time to confirm your identity. Failure to comply with such a request may impact your account.
AGE AND RESPONSIBILITY
ALBA is exclusively for adults aged 18 and over.
Profiles, content, or depictions of minors are not permitted on ALBA.We take the protection of minors very seriously. Any content that sexualizes or endangers minors in any way, whether real or fictional, including drawings, animations, or digital representations, is strictly prohibited. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of sexual exploitation or abuse of children.
Photos of children alone, without an accompanying adult guardian, are not permitted on ALBA. This also applies to childhood photos of yourself.
We actively monitor underage usage and will immediately suspend accounts of individuals under 18.
RESPECT BOUNDARIES
Closeness is voluntary.
It only develops when both people feel comfortable.
Consent is always required, for every form of approach. Never assume what someone is comfortable with. Discuss boundaries openly and respect them unconditionally. Consent can be withdrawn at any time. No one owes another person any form of closeness.
CLOSENESS REQUIRES MUTUAL CONSENT
ALBA is not a place for misconduct.
The following are not permitted:
- Nudity or partially exposed body parts typically covered, even if concealed with emojis, hair, or transparent clothing
- Images in underwear or provocative lingerie
- Depictions of sexual acts of any kind
- Explicit sexual descriptions or vulgar details in profile texts
In private messages, sexually suggestive conversations are only appropriate if both parties explicitly agree and participate consensually. Sending unsolicited sexually explicit images or messages constitutes sexual harassment and is not tolerated on ALBA.
We do not tolerate cyberflashing, the sending of unsolicited intimate images and will take consistent action against such violations.
CONTRIBUTE TO A SAFE SPACE
ALBA is not a place for advertising, commercial offers, or financial arrangements.
Illegal content, threats, or behavior that harms or intimidates others have no place here. The same applies to sharing private information about others without their consent.
If something feels wrong to you, please use the reporting function. Reports are reviewed confidentially and carefully.
Submitting intentionally false or abusive reports contradicts responsible community conduct and may also result in consequences.
Prohibited Commercial Activities
ALBA is a platform for personal encounters, not business purposes.
The following is not permitted:
- Advertising products, services, or ventures
- Requesting donations or financial support
- Attempting to gain followers for social media channels
- Exchanging sexual or romantic acts for money or valuables, including sex work or escort services
- Seeking or offering financial arrangements of a romantic or sexual nature
Prohibited Content and Behavior
- The following are not allowed on ALBA:
- Content glorifying violence, including depictions of cruelty or violence toward people or animals
- Images of weapons
- Graphic or disturbing depictions of blood, injury, or death
- Content promoting, glorifying, or supporting self-harm, eating disorders, dangerous challenges, or violent extremism
- Terrorist or extremist content of any kind
- False or misleading information that could harm public safety or health
- Spam, chain messages, or unsolicited mass communication
- Malware, viruses, or other technical means that could impair platform functionality
Protection of Personal Data
Do not publish personal contact or financial information in your public profile, neither your own nor that of others.
This includes:
- Phone numbers, email addresses, or physical addresses
- Social media usernames or links
- Banking or payment information
Sharing someone else’s personal information without their consent is a serious violation and will be treated accordingly.
Protection Against Fraud and Manipulation
ALBA does not tolerate fraudulent activities, including:
- Financial scams or attempts to persuade others to transfer money or invest
- Identity theft or misrepresentation for personal gain
- Manipulation or emotional deception for financial benefit
If someone asks you to send money or invest, it is very likely a scam. Please report such incidents immediately.
Respect Intellectual Property
Only share content that you have created yourself or that you are authorized to use.
Uploading copyrighted content without permission violates our principles.
SAFETY AND PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
Your safety is ALBA’s highest priority.
We intentionally design our platform to provide protection, guidance, and support. This includes safety features, reporting options, and clear behavioral guidelines.
At the same time, every encounter outside the app takes place at your own responsibility. Be mindful with personal information, trust your intuition, and only meet in situations where you feel safe.
Our safety features are supportive tools.
They do not replace personal caution or assistance from official authorities.
If you feel in immediate danger or threatened, always contact the police or local emergency services directly.
Tips for Safe In-Person Meetings
If you decide to meet someone in person, please consider the following:
- Choose a public place for first meetings and remain there
- Never go to a private residence for a first meeting or invite someone to yours
- Inform a trusted person about your plans, share when and where you are meeting
- Ensure you can travel independently to and from the meeting
- Keep your phone charged and with youTrust your instincts. If something feels wrong, it is completely acceptable to end the meeting early
Important notice: ALBA does not conduct criminal background checks on users. We cannot make statements about the identity, intentions, health, or honesty of other members. Please remain cautious and use common sense in all interactions.
APPROACH CONNECTIONS WITH RESPONSIBILITY
ALBA is intentionally reduced.
A match is not a game, but an invitation to attention and mindfulness.
Not every connection develops further. What matters is how we handle it.
Even if a connection does not unfold as hoped, treat the other person with decency. A polite closing conversation, or even respectful silence, is acceptable. What is not acceptable: hurtful comments, blame, or lingering resentment. Every person deserves a dignified goodbye.
WHEN BOUNDARIES ARE CROSSED
We take reports seriously and review them fairly, calmly, and confidentially. The identity of reporting individuals is never disclosed.
In cases of severe or repeated misconduct, we reserve the right to restrict profiles or permanently remove members from ALBA.
Enforcement and Consequences
We use a combination of automated systems and human moderation to review accounts and content.
Violations may result in:
- Removal of the relevant content
- A warning referencing the specific violation
- Temporary restriction of certain features
- Permanent account suspension
The type of consequence depends on the severity and frequency of the violation.
Particularly serious violations, such as content endangering minors, terrorist material, or threats of violence, will result in immediate permanent suspension.
If necessary, we cooperate with law enforcement authorities in support of potential criminal investigations.
Behavior Outside ALBA
Your behavior outside the app may also impact your account. If we become aware of harmful conduct during in-person meetings, in text messages, or on other platforms involving individuals you met through ALBA, we may take appropriate action.
Appeals and Complaints
If you believe we made a mistake in a decision regarding your account or content, you may file an appeal. Please contact our support team. We will review each appeal carefully.
